It is important for the Sadhaka/practitioner to inform any medical condition prior to attending classes with Athayog. If coming after a surgery or intensive medical treatment, we request you to get a no objection letter from your Physician.

There will be no refund on membership, neither memberships are transferable. We request you to make full use of your membership and its benefits.

Cell phones shall be put in silent mode/ switched off during the practice session.

Silence is encouraged in studio, Please follow the class etiquettes. Questions can be answered after the practice session.

While teachers will take utmost care in guiding your practice , they are not responsible for any injuries. The onus remains on the practitioner to take necessary caution , follow instructions, honour his/her body and not exert unwarranted force in practice and do postures which are advised not to be done.

We recommend bringing your own Mat to the class and to be on Time for the session.

Online students/members are advised to keep themselves on mute unless they want to clarify some doubts

Do not leave the class half way. In case you have to leave the class early please inform the teacher/trainer in advance

If using Studio gears, at the end of a class , roll your mats and keep studio mats/blocks/belts at the allotted space.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
a) Refund policy
The course fee once paid up is non-refundable except in the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by Atha Yog Shala. (See Cancellation policy below) The course fee must be paid in full within the due date, even if the trainee misses out on certain parts of the training. In such cases, the trainee must make separate payment arrangements to catch up on missed modules with the trainer or the mentor. For late payments, a progressive penalty will be applied.
b) Cancellation policy
Atha Yog Shala reserves the right to cancel the course if necessary. In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation of the course, all payments will be reimbursed in full. However, Atha Yog Shala will not take any responsibility for any incidental expenses incurred by the applicant for the same.
c) Withdrawal policy
Students withdrawing from the course will have to forfeit all fees paid, complete payment of any dues for classes attended, and are expected to complete an exit interview. Without this, any recognition of classes attended in any form won’t be provided.
